Description
Nytol 25mg Tablets are designed to provide relief from temporary sleeplessness. Each tablet contains 25mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride, a proven ingredient to help you fall asleep faster and enjoy a restful night's sleep.
Usage Instructions:
Adults & children over 16 years:
Take two tablets 20 minutes before going to bed. This medicine is for oral use only. This should be swallowed whole with water.
Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not continue to take this for longer than 2 weeks without consulting a doctor.
Do not give to children under 16 years of age.
Ingredients:
Each tablet contains:
- Each tablet has 25mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride.
- The other ingredients are Lactose monohydrate, Maize Starch and Magnesium Stearate.
Warnings:

Do not take:
- If you are allergic to diphenhydramine hydrochloride or any other ingredients contained in this medicine.
- If you have a peptic ulcer.
- If you have a blockage between your stomach and small intestine.
- Do not drink alcohol if you are taking this medicine.
Warnings and precautions:
Talk to a doctor or a pharmacist if:
- You suffer from myasthenia gravis (abnormal muscle function)
- You suffer from seizures or have epilepsy.
- You have asthma, bronchitis or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
- You have narrow angle glaucoma.
- You have an enlarged prostate.
- You have difficulty urinating.
- You have moderate to severe liver or kidney problems.
- You are elderly and suffer from confusion.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility:
- If you think you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to have a baby, seek advice from a doctor or pharmacist before using this product.
Driving and using machines:
- This medicine causes drowsiness and sedative effects. This can lead to dizziness, blurred vision, slower reaction times and disturbed attention. Do not drive or operate any machinery whilst affected in this way.

- Keep out of the reach of children.
- Store below 25°C. Keep the blister pack in the outer carton to protect from light.
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the blister pack and carton.
